Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the UK will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take up to 16 weeks if it's to be manufactured bespoke. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If the product is available for custom order then it will state this on the product page. The order will go in and we will manufacture the sofa. Get in touch if you have any specifications that you may want to add.

Warranty
We stand by our products and offer a one year warranty that covers you for defective material or workmanship.
Returns
Once you have received your item and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have a window of 14 days to exchange it with a 10% restocking fee or return the product and request a refund with a 2.5% administration fee. All furniture must be received in our warehouse within 14 days from your possession.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be asked to provide the invoice or proof of purchase. For all returns, please ensure that you have kept all receipts. Returns may be subject to inspection before your refund can be issued. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will be notified regarding the condition and if the refund was approved.
